From IMDB, my friend David Nash’s bio:
David Nash was born on December 25, 1949 in New York, USA as David Steven Nash. He was an actor, known for The Man in the Glass Booth (1975), Little Ladies of the Night (1977) and Trapper John, M.D. (1979). He died on June 14, 1989 in Riverside, California, USA.
From The Man in the Glass Booth – opposite Maximilian Schell w. Leonidas Ossetynski, a disciple of Grotowski, also in the cast:

I was David’s friend, traveling companion and collaborator. I am pretty sure he was born in 1950 and died in Palm Springs. Who are you? We wrote “Tut Tut Tut” together, (the worst story never told).
