Born in Cadiz, she studies Classical Spanish Dance in “Las Bayaderas” with Eva Vicente and Flamenco in “Cibayi” with Charo Cruz. She receives workshops and seminaries given by Antonio Canales, Javier Latorre, Yerbabuena, Belén Maya, Manolete and Mario Maya.

In 1994 she obtains the first prize for Alegrias in Cadiz.

She forms part of a great number of shows and companies: “Por ley de vida” de Charo Cruz in the Central Lechera of Cadiz, in Manuela Carrasco´s company and her show “La Diosa”, with Eva la Yerbabuena in London and Andrés Paña in Brasil. In Seville’s theater Lope de Vega she works in the premiere of “Vivencias” by Antonio “El Pipa”. In Madrid she works with Yerbabuena and Rafael Amargo in “La garra y el angel”. She tours with José Luis Montón with the recording “Aroma”. She works together with Tomatito and José Luis Montón. In 2001 she forms a dance couple with Antonio Canales and takes part in Andrés Marín’s company, and a long etc….

In 2003 she records her CD “Ana Salazar canta a Edith Piaf”, obtaining the awards: “Flamenco hoy” revelation of Cante and the prize given by SACEM, “Best foreign recording.”
