Sviatoslav Richter ????????? ??????: 1915 – 1997

[I am  sorry about the ?? instead of the cyrillic characters – on my previous WordPress.com blog, it worked fine. I have tried some of the tips provided here – http://wordpress.org/support/topic/special-characters-converted-to-question-marks-on-save?replies=39 – but I need help to get those characters to show up. Anyone out there?]
