Yes, the “palacsinta” is a serious competitor to the “crèpe” – it comes in an amazing variation of fillings: sweet Hungarian soft cheese (turo), poppy seed, cherry, walnut and other nuts, and even chocolate or jams. As a kid I used to have competitions with my cousin eating up to 15 or 17 of them after swimming at the Margit Sziget swimming pool.
